What we have built

StableSync runs a livery yard from one place: horse profiles with feed, rugging and health records, arena bookings that can't clash, staff rotas and tasks, care reminders and invoicing.

Each yard gets its own branded space and its own separate database. Vets and farriers get in through a time-limited link, with no account to set up. It runs in English, French and Spanish, and versions for polo clubs and equine vet practices are in development.

Human coaches write the training plans. AI personalises and explains them. Fixed safety rules, written in code, decide what an athlete is allowed to be shown.

Athletes can move, swap and log sessions, then see each one broken down afterwards: route map, pace, heart rate and power zones, swim lengths and personal records. It takes in data from Garmin, Oura, WHOOP and Apple Health.

Solio is a rhino sanctuary in Laikipia. Guests drive themselves, and there is little signal. We took the reserve's illustrated map and matched it to real coordinates, so the dot showing where you are sits on the right drawn track, gate or dam.

Once loaded, the app works with no connection at all. By design it never holds or shows where any animal is, so a guest's phone can't become a map for poachers.

Treatment records with drawing on a horse body map, session photos, signed consent forms and vet referral notes. Reports and invoices come out as branded PDFs, ready to send from the yard.

Invoicing handles two currencies, billing a whole team with one invoice per player, part-payments and statements. Everything is stored on the iPad and backed up daily, so it works with no signal.

Oxford Microbeams makes equipment for ion beam analysis, used by universities and national labs. We rebuilt the website with a product catalogue, kept every old link working with redirects, and made it usable by keyboard and screen reader.

We also moved the website, email and domain records to a new provider without losing mail, and rebuilt the way software updates are published to customers' instruments.

Matt writes rhyming picture books for two to six year olds and posts out signed copies himself. We rebuilt his site as a storybook-styled shop: signed and unsigned copies, bundles, free activity sheets to download, reviews and a blog.

Every old address redirects to its new page, so nothing was lost in search. We also delivered a six-week marketing kit of posts, emails and graphics.

A spreadsheet stops working at 300 bikes with photos, insurance dates and stories. This app holds each bike's details, a photo gallery, its service and restoration log with costs, and the memories that go with it.

It warns when insurance or a roadworthiness test is due, shares a bike as a PDF, and backs the whole collection up to a single file. Nothing leaves the phone.

Treatments, areas covered, what happens at a visit, and an enquiry form. Built to load fast, read well on a phone and answer the questions owners ask before they book.

It weighs travel time, fair workloads, which vet already knows which client, and arrival windows, then re-plans when an emergency call comes in. An AI assistant helps sort incoming requests by urgency.
