The brief
Livery yards juggle horses, owners, staff, arenas and bills, usually across a spreadsheet, a paper diary and several group chats. Marine sees it every day as an equine vet, and the same problems came up at every yard.
So we are building the system we wanted those yards to have, and running it ourselves.
What we built
- Horse profiles with feed, rugging and health records
- Arena and facility bookings that can't clash
- Staff rotas, tasks and shift swaps
- A feed board for the yard
- Care reminders, so nothing due is missed
- Invoicing, with an export of invoices and VAT for the accountant
- Time-limited access for vets and farriers, with no account to set up
- Several yards run from one login, each with its own separate database
- English, French and Spanish
How it turned out
StableSync is in development, with versions for polo clubs and equine vet practices also in progress. Every public claim about it is checked against what the software does before it goes on the website.
This is business systems work. See everything we do.
