The brief
Hurst Grange Equestrian needed one place for the owner, manager, staff and livery clients to see what is happening at the yard, and a public website to bring in livery, facility hire, lessons and clinics.
What we built
- Four user roles, with permissions the owner can adjust
- Horse profiles covering health, feed, rugging plans, turnout and emergency contacts
- Indoor and outdoor arena bookings that block double bookings, and invoices made from them
- A yard calendar and staff tasks
- Billing, with a bill each livery client can check
- Consent forms
- Installs on a phone like an app
- A public website with search-friendly pages, a sitemap and business details search engines understand
How it turned out
Before handover, every one of 79 requirements was checked against the finished app, and the gaps and bugs found were fixed. The app and website went live on the yard's own domain in May 2026, backed by hundreds of automated tests.
